Finished 100 more pages of ALEXANDER HAMILTON
This section saw us through the Revolutionary War in which Hamilton acquitted himself well as Washington's aid for most of the war and then got a command at the end of the war and helped to win the battle that was the turning point. It left off in the aftermath in New York City with Hamilton a lawyer who attempts to win justice for Tories who, if well treated, could bolster the economy of the new nation and also he established the first major bank in New York. The controversy between state's rights and a strong central government begins.
I am now about to start The Night is Watching, a Krewe of Hunters novel by Heather Graham. The books of this series are about ghosts and romance. What's not to love?
