Finished THE PILLARS OF THE EARTH

I loved it.  I do have one complaint, though...when a book is long and doesn't vary it's villains much, I can get really really sick of the villains.  In this case--William Hamleigh.  It is one thing I will say about GAME OF THRONES--the villains do keep changing and some people aren't as villainous after a while as they once were...of course, there seems always to be Cercei...  :-)

    Now get on a plane, go to England and visit Salisbury. You'll appreciate the place and the book even more.

    Sounds like a wonderful plan, Dave. Maybe someday I will. Is that the present day site of "Kingbridge?"
